For the Milo addicts amongst, of which my son is one. Ingredients...
1 3/4 cups S.R. Flour (sifted)
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate bits.
1/2 cup White Chocolate bits.
1 1/4 cups Milk.
75 gms Butter (melted)
1 cup MILO.
1 Egg.
Method...
Preheat oven to 190c. Layout 12 muffin cases in to tray.
Combine in a bowl the flour and both sorts of chocolate bits. Mix together the milk, butter and MILO in a jug. Add to the dry ingredients with the lightly beaten egg. And mix well.
Spoon the mix in to prepared cases and sprinkle a little more MILO on top of each one. Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving to your addict. Makes 12.
It might look ugly but it sure tastes good!

Great minds think alike, Hottie! I've been cooking with Milo too. These muffins look lovely and tasty.
Yes, you two are making me want to pull out the Milo tin as well:) I'll ask you a similar question Hottie (that I asked Arista). Do these end up tasting like Milo? Last time I tried a recipe using Milo the flavour of the Milo was so muted as to be lost unfortuantly. I haven't tried again since. Also, are you trying to dissolve the Milo in the milk or just colour the milk as per a drink of Milo?:) They LOOK wonderful:D
Coby, I actually don't like Milo! But sn does and he said they tasted very much of Milo. Maybe 'cos I sprinkle some on top before baking aswell. Also... Shame on me, but I forgot to put the Milo in the milk first, so I added it at the end. You can imagine my surprise when I saw the cup of Milo sitting there when I was about to put in to the muffin cases!!!! Ha ha ha ha.
These look fabulous Sally! Very tempting :) Lucie x
